Cookie Program Safety Tips
Every parent and guardian knows that the world can be a scary place. The good news for Girl Scout families is that girls' safety has been a priority within the Girl Scout organization since it was founded in 1912. By following Cookie Program Safety Tips, parents and volunteers can ensure that the Cookie Program is a fun learning experience for girls and also a safe one.

Top Cookie Seller Tips
Our top sellers tell us going door-to-door is still the best way to reach customers. Cookie Stands and Booth Sales are fun, but girls who get out in the neighborhood sell more and our customers love the nostalgia of seeing girls sell just like they did!

Parents Can Help At Cookie Booths - Here's How!
Ask your Troop Leader or Troop Cookie Manager to help you complete the Adult Requirements and become a registered Girl Scout member. The requirements include a volunteer application, background screening, the Responsible Adults for Booth Sales Safety Briefing and the Volunteering for Girl Scout Series & Event online training.

Cookie Stands, Rolling Sales & Booth Sales...Oh My!

Girls may conduct cookie stands on their own OC property and sell cookies door-to-door in OC residential neighborhoods with parent's supervision. Selling in any other location requires special permission to ensure we abide by local and city requirements. Refer to your Family Guide for cookie program information and contact your Troop Cookie Manager with questions.
