Who Will Be This Year's Top Seller?
Girl Scouts in Orange County sell an impressive average of 155 boxes each - but these girls are blowing that number out of the water! Today's Top Seller is Abigail in Daisy Troop #2704 with 1800 packages of cookies! This awesome Goal Getter has earned herself several prizes including the Girl's Day Out Beach Party, Knott's Soak City and Aquarium of the Pacific plus Dolphin Boat Tour (or eReader). Our current Top Cookie Share seller is Riley in Junior Troop #1558 with 133 packages. Way to go girls!
Safety First
Remind girls and parents to follow Girl Scout Safety Guidelines in all their cookie activities. This includes safeguarding girls and money, choosing a safe location for girls to position their booths and girls holding directional signs. It also means to use a counterfeit detection pen, being aware of your environment and contacting authorities if needed. For more ideas, refer to Tips for Better Booth Sales. |
