ANNOUNCEMENTS

Cookie Program Off To A Great Start!

Do you have a great cookie success story?  Email cookies@GirlScoutsOC.org and let us know how your girls are achieving their 5 Skills and sales goals.  Example:  Linda shared that her troop cannot keep the new Mango Crèmes in stock and Jennifer tells us her daughter "has mastered her 4 times tables in nothing flat!"

Girl Scout Commemorative Coin
For the first time, the United States Mint has produced a commemorative coin dedicated to a girls' organization - Girl Scouts! The Girl Scouts of the USA Centennial Silver Dollar will cost $55.95 for uncirculated and $59.95 for proof and will be available from the US Mint on February 28.  More info

Cookie Program

Troop Proceeds

Troop proceeds are guaranteed at 69¢ per package and when the Council's overall cookie sales reach 2,562,500 - troop proceeds jump to 72¢ per package.  We're getting closer to our first jump, so keep up the GREAT work!  We are so proud of the girls and grateful to our volunteers and parents for their support.

Have Too Many of One Kind of Cookie?  Not Enough of Another?

Troop Cookie Managers (TCMs) can log onto our Cookie Blog and "swap" or transfer cookies from one troop to another troop instead of ordering from a Cookie Cupboard or Warehouse.  So if you have extra Mangos you can post them to the swap site and someone who is looking for Mangos will take them off your hands!  Only TCMs have access to the Swap Site to post, view or delete postings.  Remember to use your Snap email and Volunteer Network (not Snap) password.
