How often should
I take enemas?
Like brushing your teeth, you might choose to make colon cleansing a part of your regular hygiene program. Regular colon cleansing with home enemas can be a very healthy choice.
Of course, there is no single prescription for everyone. A hair tissue mineral analysis (HTMA) gives you a picture of what toxins are stored in your body and what toxins you need to remove. Using the hair analysis on a seasonal basis will guide you to the colon cleansing program that will most suit your detoxification needs.
If you don't choose to utilize the hair analysis, know that most people find that after an enema experience, they feel much better. It is this renewed vitality that is your guide. Keep it in mind. As soon as you find it diminishing, give yourself a series of enemas. You'll find that in doing this, you might feel better instantly. And, if you find that you don't feel better after a colon cleansing series, take a break for a period of time.
Because colonic peristalsis occurs only intermittently (one to three times per day), unlike the continual rhythmic contractions of the small intestine, the colon cleanse can be used safely and with regularity without disrupting a healthy peristaltic rhythm.

Young Living Essential Oil Rectal Suppositories
 What is an essential oil rectal suppository?An essential oil rectal suppository is plant medicine delivered into the rectum, where it melts and is absorbed into the bloodstream. These do-it-yourself (DIY) suppositories offer healing plant compounds both systemically and locally. Essential oils are transporters of fundamental nutrients necessary to feed and nurture all the cells of the body. Why deliver the Young Living essential oils through the colon?We use Young Living essential oils in the colon because of the rectum's ability to rapidly absorb the plant's chemical constituents through its mucosal surfaces, because of the greater amounts of lymphoid tissue in the colon than in the stomach and the small intestines, and because the pH levels in the rectum are much more optimal than the pH levels of the stomach. In a rounded ice cube tray, fill each cup of the tray 1/3 to 1/2 full of organic, extra-virgin, unrefined, melted coconut oil. (At cooler temperatures, coconut oil is solid so you may need to first set your coconut oil in hot water to melt it.) After you've filled each section, put the ice cube tray in the freezer for one to two hours. Now remove the ice cube tray. Then, carefully dispense your essential oil drops into the top of that coconut oil section. How much oil you use depends on which oils or oil blends you are using and what issue you are working with in the body. See Suppository Recipes for specific amounts of the oils. But, generally, we recommend between two and three drops per essential oil. Sometimes a single suppository might have up to eight different oils in its mixture. In this case, you would use between six to ten total drops of the Young Living essential oils. Once the essential oil is on the top of the frozen coconut oil, fill up the rest of the ice cube tray section with more coconut oil.

How to Use Young Living Essential Oils in the Colon
When you are ready, just pop one suppository out by pushing up on the bottom of the individual cube section. Place the suppository on a small plate. You will see that it has a rounded edge that allows for easy insertion into the rectum. Leave the suppository on the plate for 5-10 minutes to allow it to slightly soften before you insert it into your rectum. Now, with your fingers, gently slip the suppository into the rectum, rounded edge forward. The suppository is self-lubricating - as soon as it touches a warm part of your body it begins to melt.

10-12 drops of Balsam Fir
To eliminate parasites:
8-10 drops of Di-Gize on day one. 5-7 drops of Peppermint on day two. Alternate.
To remove petrochemicals:
4-6 drops of Lemon For respiratory problems such as asthmas, emphysema, or pneumonia:
12-20 drops of RC For relaxation, reducing stress, and reducing cortisol levels:
5-7 drops of Lavender and 2-4 drops of Balsam Fir
For constipation:
