Pasting a Comment into a Document
Word (2007 - 2013)

There may be times when you want to paste a comment from one document to another. To do this, follow the steps below.
  1. Make sure that the comment balloons are visible at the right side of your document.
  2. Select the text in the comment that you want to paste into your main document. Make sure you do not select the comment mark at the beginning of the comment or the paragraph mark at the end.
  3. Use Ctrl+X to cut the text or Ctrl+C to copy the text to the Clipboard.
  4. Position the cursor at the place in your main document where you want the comment inserted.
  5. Press Ctrl+V to paste the text into the document.
Increase Productivity with an Investment in a Learning Management System (LMS)

In this era of increased client knowledge, audits from financial institutions, and a growing need for lawyers, law firms, paralegals and other professional staff to become more technologically competent, it is not enough for a firm to offer just the best legal minds and legal teams. Law firms today must possess both legal and technical expertise. Simply put, the firms that will succeed must effectively leverage technology to efficiently help clients achieve their goals.

Insofar as creating an infrastructure that will support firm and client goals, consider the Savvy LMS, Savvy Academy. We will brand your private portal for you, and will create customized settings and content that fit your needs and goals, and we will help you with every step along the way - ALL SUPPORT INCLUDED. The Savvy Training branded (or non-branded) LMS offers:
  • Both a state-of-the-art, intuitive delivery system as well as rich, continuously updated content - at an affordable price. Prior to now, clients had to purchase an LMS and the content separately and usually they paid a very high cost for both. Content may include the SavvySMART Content Library, Security Awareness Training and Management Skills Training.
  • Cloud hosted and 24/7/365 support provided by Savvy Training & Consulting.
  • Trackable, reportable data down to each individual user, with a plethora of reports available.
  • Access to a social network of subscribers who continuously discuss challenges, ideas and successes that they are facing in their firms.
  • Complete control and customization opportunities for trainers and administrators who need to tailor their continuing education to individual attorneys, from new hires to seasoned legal eagles.

We believe that SavvyAcademy is a glimpse into the future of what training will and should look like in the legal industry. Contact Doug Striker if you'd like more information about this innovative system.
