In recent years, PetroChoice has been expanding its distribution efforts throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region. Adding depth to its distribution, PetroChoice has acquired Craft Oil Corporation.

Craft Oil Corp., established in 1925 and headquartered in Avoca, PA., was a privately held company owned by Bob Mills and Maureen Mangan Mills. Bob Mills is assuming the role of President of the Mid-Atlantic Division and Chief Strategy Officer of PetroChoice. "Joining the PetroChoice team gives our valued Craft employees the opportunity to continue our growth strategy with a company that shares our vision for the lubricant industry. We look forward to delivering continuous improvements to our customers and deepening our relationships with our suppliers," said Bob Mills.

 

Craft Oil distributes lubricants, equipment and a wide range of related services to the commercial, automotive, industrial, and aviation markets. Key brands represented include ExxonMobil, Shell, Pennzoil, Quaker State, Service Pro, CAM2, Air1 DEF, Clean Burn, Wynn's, and Rotary Lift.
