The 15th of March here @ thelambtavern we are throwing an Irish Infused shindig. To Celebrate St Patrick's day we will be partying throughout the evening with some great live music that we guarantee will have you throwing a few shapes.

Our 'Pop-Up Bar' will be stocked up and ready for action bringing you our finest cask ales alongside selected lagers and don't forget the Guinness; it would not be a celebration of all things Irish without a Guinness or two.

Throughout the day we will be giving away free pints to the people with the luck of the Irish that manage to find our pots of gold scattered throughout The Lamb Tavern.

Our Chef's will be creating some classic Irish dishes including, Steak & Guinness Pie and Irish Coddle with Colcannon in our stunning first floor dining room.

This weekend join us for live music, the 6 nations finals & of course our all-day St Patrick's celebrations on Sunday 17th March.

From 10am - 11pm, we'll be doing something for everyone! Spend a boozy afternoon trying each of our specialty Irish cocktail and shooters menu, enjoy our specially designed Irish themed menu and live Sunday sing-a-long or join us for our Sunday night quiz (8pm) with an Irish twist!

As an early St Patrick's treat, from 6pm - 9pm on Friday 15th March, all of our Guinness drinking customers stand the chance of winning a on the spot trip to Dublin, the home of Guinness to celebrate St Patrick's Day. In order to win this fantastic prize, you must have purchased and be drinking a Guinness at the same time as a team of 3 Guinness Flight Crew pop into The Frog. Everyone drinking Guinness will win a random prize, but one lucky winner will get the top prize of a St Patrick's trip to Dublin in their own private jet. So in true St Patrick's style... let's start drinking!

From 1.30pm - 3.30pm on St Patrick's Day itself, we will be hosting a live Sunday sing-a-long for all of our customers who can't resist to belt out a tune or two. Fully immerse yourself in our lunchtime sing-a-long and book a table for one of our mouth-watering roasts from our exclusive Irish themed menu.

On Saturday 16th March, help cheer England to victory at The Frog, as we will be showing all of the 6 Nations finals including; Italy v Ireland 6 Nations (14:30), England v Wales (17:00) & France v Scotland (20:00).

What better way to greet the new Formula 1 season than with the Australian Grand Prix kicking off on St. Patrick's Day? Two nations that know how to have a good time, Australia and Ireland, means we are going Green and Gold with a host of drinks and flavours from both hemispheres.
Hot on the heels of Australia Day we are ready to rock and roll with goodies from Down Under. Sharer plates of mini steak pies and lobster and crab sliders washed down with Little Creatures and James Boags. If there is space for dessert then mini pavlovas with fresh fruit, cream and a drizzling of strawberry coulis awaits.

As it is a grand day of Irish celebration bacon soda farls accompany an Irish stew and Guinness with Irish coffees to follow.
