A Message from the President
|  Dear American Mothers!
What a special time of year the holiday season brings. I know that as mothers and grandmothers, we are all extremely busy, but most importantly, we are thankful for family!
In this season of Thanksgiving, I am also thankful for the many close friendships I have formed through my involvement with American Mothers. What a blessing it has been to meet such incredible women from all walks of life, different states and varying backgrounds and beliefs. My membership in this organization has truly enriched my life in ways I could never have imagined, and for that I am most grateful.
I encourage you to get involved with American Mothers at the local, state or national level and experience those special qualities that make this organization great! Check out our website for information, follow us on Facebook or Twitter for the latest news & events, and most certainly plan to join us in New York next spring for our annual convention where we will re-connect with those AMI friends and recognize inspirational moms from across the country! I look forward to seeing you then!

Happy Thanksgiving! I'm thankful for my family and the opportunity to work with American Mothers. I know each of you is busy preparing to celebrate the holidays, and I thank you for taking time out of your day to contribute to American Mothers.
I hope you are planning to join us in New York for the 2013 AMI National Convention. We have some very special things planned. Membership Challenge

Don't forget to renew your AMI dues and recruit new and former members to do the same. We have issued the membership challenge and are keeping track! Who knows, your Association could be recognized in New York or even win a free convention registration! All dues should be sent to the National Office or paid online!

Do You Know a 5th Grader?
| | All the information you need to conduct the American Mothers 5th Grade Essay Contest in your state can be found on our National Web Site! It's not too late to participate! Just log in to the Members Only Section of the AMI Web Site using the email: members@americanmothers.com and Password: 1935newyork. There, you will find a form you can fill out and submit with all of your AMI news for publication on our web, magazine and social media outlets!
