The only constant is change
But change doesn't happen overnight--- quite often it is a slow, tedious process that requires identifying what needs to be different, determining the adjustments you are willing to make, facing the fears that can hold you back, as well as identifying the best way to implement positive strategies to move you ahead. Those strategies should include reaching out for encouragement, feedback, advice and an occasional nudge or reminder from members of your work- life network.
