The views of some coaches who have recently completed these courses : Patrick Foy, UEFA 'A' Licence Coach and Manager of Strabane FC, Northern Ireland Intermediate League 'Now I will have to admit at the start I was a bit apprehensive about doing a coaching program online as I had seen it as more a practical thing were your on the pitch etc. This is because all my previous CDPs were made up in this method. But I can safely say it has been brilliant because I am also a Manager and a coach and this course has opened up my insight on both aspects in coaching on the communication stuff and touching on the psychology end of things reading moods etc. The scenario's I found most interesting because it involved problem solving and they were all relevant as I have came across most of them in my time as a coach. I have recommended this course to two other coaches' Chris Robinson, Academy Scout Chelsea FC and former Manager of Cheltenham Town FC 'I valued it all, to be honest, although the sections on talent identification and opposition scouting were particularly relevant to me in my role as scout with Chelsea FC's academy. I also was much taken by the emphasis on good feedback to players and the role of self-evaluation for coaches and players, particularly young players
