E - Learning Courses in Soccer to support Coach Education 

January 2015 has seen the development  of a number of E-Learning initiatives  to assist the education and development of soccer coaches.Some of these are outlined below

US Soccer Federation


 


 

In February US Soccer will release a new online 'F' license course that will coincide with the launch of a Digital Coaching Center. The 'F' license course, aimed at coaches working with the six to eight year old players, will be accessible to all coaches anywhere in the world. Pre-Launch details here


 

 

E-soccerline

 

A group of Spanish coaches have developed a range of online courses for soccer Coaches. There are 4 courses targeted at coaches of 6 -13 year olds. The courses are available in Spanish and English .You will need to register and it is free to access a free demonstration here 


 

Coach Tube


 


 

Coach Tube is an online platform which allows coaches to develop online courses for other coaches. Currently on this platform there is a range of Free Online Soccer Courses which also include some developed by the NSCAA. For details see here

Penny Crisfield is an experienced UK Coach Educator working closely with the International Council in Coach Education and has led master classes in Canada and China. She was inducted into the UK Coaching Hall of Fame in 2005, winning the Dyson Award for coach education. She has developed a series of 21 low priced online coaching courses on generic subjects including organization, planning, and safety, fun and coaching participants with impairments
