Amongst these Chris Robinson, Academy Scout Chelsea FC and former Manager of Cheltenham Town FC said on completing this course:

'I valued it all, to be honest, although the sections on talent identification and opposition scouting were particularly relevant to me in my role as scout with Chelsea FC's academy. I also was much taken by the emphasis on good feedback to players and the role of self-evaluation for coaches and players, particularly young players. I attach my Evaluation Action Plan (EAP) I also worked up this document a bit to produce, for my own benefit really, a slightly larger document setting out my overall approach now to management and coaching which incorporates much of my EAP. It's been 15 years since I managed full-time (Cheltenham Town FC was my last club as a manager) and I think this document is very different from one I would have written then and the course has a lot to do with that'
