Students to discuss (dog) breed-specific legislation
On Friday, February 28, thirty junior class members of Sikeston Senior High School will assume the roles of Mayor, Council and City Staff as part of the Sikeston Optimist's Club Youth in Government Day.  This program, started more than 25 years ago, is designed to promote a greater understanding of local government and the complex issues elected officials are asked to consider.
