Music Fesitvals and Shows 

August 31 - Sept. 1:  Neighbor Days Festival

Fairgrounds, Chester St., Benton, MO.  Celebrated since 1925, this festival features carnival rides, parade, mud race, greased pole climb and volleyball tournaments. 

 

Sept. 8:  Annual Horsepower Festival
Horsepower Car Show 8 AM - 4 PM, Malone Park, Center St. at Scott St., Downtown Sikeston. Sept. 15:  Fall in Love with Downtown Wine Festival
6 - 10 PM, Center St. in Downtown Sikeston.

Sept. 25 - 29:  Sikeston Cotton Carnival
Sikeston Jaycee Rodeo Grounds, 1308 N. Ingram, Sikeston. Sept. 29:  Sikeston Cotton Carnival Parade
10 AM, Sponsored by the Sikeston American Legion Post 114.  One of the largest parades in the State, the route begins at Malone Avenue at Pine, continues west on Malone Avenue to Scott Street in Downtown Sikeston.  This year's theme, "A Salute to our Reserve Forces:  National Guard, Air Force, Marines and Navy". top of page
