ImproveCareNow is pleased to announce that the Network has expanded to include 46 participating care centers. The Network now spans 26 states and includes one center in London, England. Centers participating in ImproveCareNow include nine of the top 12 honor roll children's hospitals, and 19 of the top 30 pediatric gastroenterology programs according to the US News & World Report. The 46 ImproveCareNow centers have 425 pediatric gastroenterologists caring for 14,100 patients with Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis.

ImproveCareNow is an active, open learning health network that uses collaboration and data to drive improvements in the care and health of all kids with Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis. Since ImproveCareNow began, the percentage of kids with Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis who are enrolled in the program and in remission (feeling well, no symptoms, fully active) has increased from 50% to over 75% - all without new medicines.
