"My parents cried while watching me deliver the commencement speech to the graduating class of 2012. I would like to say kom kmal mesulang (thank you very much in Palauan) to the SOU Foundation and their generous donors. They didn't just fund my education, they helped me overcome extreme challenges which changed my life." Virginia Luka
