| SATURDAY MORNING OFFICE HOURS - August 29th |
To assist you with the financial clearance process, Student
Accounts and Financial Aid will be open Saturday, August 29th from 9 AM to Noon... but please don't wait to contact us for assistance or to make payment.

| ARE YOU READY? |
- Payment is due August 24th. If possible, please help us by making payment online. If you pay using your checking account and bank routing information, there are no fees. If you pay by card, debit or credit, there are fees so please make your selection carefully.
- To be financially cleared with financial aid pending you will need to complete two documents, both which can be found on our Forms page. The first requirement is a Payment Estimator which includes printing it, student signature, and then fax, email or mail to Student Accounts, 414 N. Meridian #6129, Newberg 97132. Our office fax is 503-554-3880. The second requirement is a Payment Agreement. It will take us 72 hours to review and process your information so please hurry!
- If you have an outside scholarship that will be delayed due to enrollment or grade verification requirements, please download a third form, "External Scholarship Deferral Request Form" and get that to us along with the other two forms above. We will need all three. Otherwise, the balance will need to be paid by you, pending receipt of the scholarship.

If you have not heard from Financial Aid about your awards for Fall, there is something wrong and action is needed! Please contact the Financial Aid Office at 503-554-2302.
