Bank Receives Pinnacle Award from Small Business Administration (SBA)
January is the month when the SBA honors its lenders for their hard work during the previous year. For the third year in a row, Bank of the West is the recipient of the Pinnacle Award as the #1 7(a) Volume Lender in the Small Business Category for the Dallas District.
Lee Ely, SR VP SBA Lending for Bank of the West will proudly accept the bank honors during the NTAGGL Luncheon on January 21 at the Las Colinas Country Club. Ely states," The bank has enjoyed the relationship it has built with the SBA over the past 25 years. As an Independent Community Bank, we are very proud of our strong presence as an SBA Preferred Lender in the Dallas and Ft. Worth areas." Bank of the West was also ranked #6 overall in total loan volume out of the 132 banks that do business with the Dallas District Office, following only the larger National Banks.
We are a "Preferred SBA Lender"...
What does this mean to you as the borrower? As a designated "Preferred Lender" with the SBA, Bank of the West is able to streamline the procedures necessary to provide financial assistance to the small business community. The SBA has delegated the final credit decision and most servicing, liquidation authority and responsibility to Preferred Lenders, such as Bank of the West. Why are we proud to be an SBA Preferred Lender? Banks are considered and approved for the Preferred Lender Program (PLP) based on their record with the SBA and we are proud to demonstrate a proficiency in processing and servicing SBA-Guaranteed loans.
Where do we provide SBA loans?
Bank of the West has a target market mainly in the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex but does entertain state wide requests from its existing customer base.
Who can you contact to answer questions and discuss an SBA loan opportunity?
Our professional, seasoned SBA loan officers are here to assist you and answer any questions you may have about SBA loans. We welcome the opportunity to visit with you and discuss any loan needs you may have now or in the future.
It's that easy... It's that personal!
