With the introduction of our extended payment plan this fall and a general increase 
in demand, summer reservations have never been busier.  If you were with us last summer, 
we'd love to have you back - but you'll have to act soon to secure your spot.  Really.

As the days get shorter and grayer, we'll take any opportunity to recall the fun 
and sunshine of last summer.  The holidays are a perfect excuse for one more party!  
The food will be delicious, the company will be great, and the music will be hot!

The cost is just $50 per person ($60 for those who are not Yacht Club full members), 
and includes appetizers, 3-course dinner and dancing with dj Chris Baker.

LEARN TO USE YOUR RADAR AND AIS

Getting the most from your radar means being able to use its features and interpret the 
images it presents.  Automated Identification System (AIS) is a recent addition to the boaters' arsenal which is quickly becoming an essential tool.  This seminar explains how both radar and AIS are used by recreational boaters to add to their confidence and safety aboard.  The seminar fee is $15 for members, $20 for non-members and $10 for one additional family member.  Reservations are required.  To reserve your spot, please contact Bob Sweet.

SHOPPING FOR A USED BOAT TRAILER?  HERE'S A TIP
Boat Trailer
You can learn a lot about the age and condition of a boat trailer by looking at the tires. Besides checking for uneven or excessive wear, manufacturer numbers on the tire sidewall will tell you how old the tire is. This might give you clues about the real age of the trailer, or of how well an older trailer has been maintained ....
