Red Brook Harbor?  Make Your Guess

 We call it the Kingman Ice Out, and it's our way of looking forward to a springtime that can't get here a moment too soon!


Way out there on the footish-thick ice of Red Brook Harbor is a 5-gallon bucket with about 25 pounds of rocks. All you have to do is guess on what day it falls through the melting ice and disappears from sight. $5 per guess, one guess per entry. Whoever comes closest to the right day splits the pot with the charity of his or her choice.


Entry deadline is today, Tuesday 3/10 at 6:00PM. Make your guess and secure $5 credit card payment through PayPal by clicking HERE to go to our contest page.

Kingman Yacht Club's New Vice Commodore!

Karen Riley has been a major, driving force behind the Kingman Yacht Club for several years.  When her term as the club's Purser ended last year, Karen thought she'd take a little time before deciding how best to be involved in the future.  We were all delighted to hear that she has agreed to step into the unfilled Vice Commodore role, managing the KYC events calendar!
