Dolphin Chowda Fest!

Sunday, September 7th, 1PM

Fish chowda, corn chowda, clam chowda, seafood chowda. So you think you make a great chowda? We'll be the judges of that!

The Patriots open their NFL season at Miami, and we'll celebrate by watching them trounce the Dolphins and eating some fish!T

Contestants cook up their best chowda recipes, trying to win great prizes in a number of categories. We're the judges. We taste. We sample. We get to eat some great chowda. Then we vote. Everyone's a winner!

Please let us know if you'd like to enter a chowda - or bring some salad or bread, or dessert.

Bus Trip to Newport 2012 Newport Boat Show Road Trip

We'll provide the transportation, the parking and the admission tickets, and you can enjoy New England's best boat show, stress-free, in the company of your boating buddies. There are only a handful of tickets left!

$35 for KYC Full Members, $45 for Social Members and guests, includes round trip from Kingman Yacht Center aboard our (30-seat) luxury mini coach, and VIP admission to the boat show.

Bring a dish to share and a smile. Dinner's at 7:00 - followed at 9:00 by a

movie to keep you smiling - Time Bandits!

The movie will be projected onto the wall of the big shed facing the front face docks, and the soundtrack will be broadcast on 90.3 FM. Watch it from your boat, or pull up a chair on the "lawn" next to the travel lift.
