Tips for a Safe Fence

The benefit of temporary fence is, well, it's portable nature!  It is easy to install and dismantle and can be easily picked up and moved to accommodate changes at your job or event site.  But this temporary nature also means panels are not permanently affixed to the ground with bolts or concrete posts, and for this reason, there are specific safety considerations to keep in mind. Traffic Safety

Provide an added element of safety at your work sites with traffic safety products. Reflective traffic cones, delineator posts and retractable cone connectors are easily transported and easy to set up. Just drop the cone connector ring onto the top of the cones or delineator posts to create an inexpensive but highly visible barrier around hazardous or controlled areas.  Read more.
Feature Special

Super-Fencer of the Month

This month's featured Super-Fencer is Gib, who has been with Fast Fence for over 10 years and is part of the team that builds and repairs our inventory.

Q: How would you describe your job?
Varied.  Fork-lifting and repairing of fencing and meshing.
Q: What do you enjoy most about your job?
I really love custom orders.  It gives me a sense that I am creating something useful!
Q: What might someone be surprised to know about you?
Not so much that I am a fan of classical and jazz, but that I find 99% of pop music thoroughly boring.

Q: If you could choose a super-power, what would it be?
The ability to fly.  When I was younger, I had a recurring dream that I could do so and when that happened, I always woke up feeling elated.

Electronic Billing and Payments

According to the Canadian Payments Association, although the use of cheques have been in a steady decline, their wide use is still a reality in Canada. With manual processes, printing, mailing, processing delays, bounced cheques and concerns about the environmental impacts of paper used for invoices, cheques and envelopes, the dependence on a mail-based invoicing and payments system no longer makes sense for many businesses. Read more.
