Please join us monthly on a Wednesday evening from 6:30 to 9:00pm and unwind from the busyness of life and nourish your body and soul.

Following dinner we will transition to the Gathering Room or the Yoga Studio for a guided meditation, a presentation or a mini-event.

Take some time each month just for you and reconnect to yourself and your spiritual center.

Autumn is a time of endings... leaves drop, temperatures fall, we pack away the summer clothes and summer flowers, but it is also a rich Harvest time, and a time of gratitude for what our Mother Earth has produced to sustain and nourish us as we move into the dark contemplative time of Winter.
