Professional Chocolatier Program starts January 9th, 2015

With 2015 just around the corner, now is the perfect time to make your new year even happier with chocolate! Our Professional Chocolatier Program begins on January 9th, 2015. The winter months are the best time to hibernate indoors and hone your chocolate skills.

This intensive part-time program is delivered 100% online over a three-month period so that you can fit time to study and practice into your career and personal life. The curriculum prepares you for consistent production of fine chocolate bonbons and bars. It includes chocolate history, industry and product knowledge, physiology of taste as it relates to recipe development, master recipes and professional production techniques for bonbons and bars. As well, the program looks at the business issues of planning production and marketing. Learn gourmet professional chocolate-making right from your computer, phone or tablet!
