I'm running a little behind this morning due to a few technical glitches! My intro will be short and sweet today as I'm headed to see Dr. Tracy at Health Point Chiropractic for my weekly visit! I sit at my PC too much and it is bad for my neck and back! Does anyone out there use a treadmill desk? I have two friends (Liz and Marcy) who highly recommend them and I'm thinking about getting one. If you have one and can give me your feedback (good and bad) please email me! I'll share the scoop once I've thoroughly investigated in case any of you are interested!

BOOK OF THE WEEK

I just finished this book and liked it so much that I've started the second in the series. There are 21 total (the 21st comes out in June 2014). God help me if I get addicted to a 21 book series...y'all may not hear from me for a while! I plan to watch the movie over spring break!

It was an easy, quick read. It is funny, has some mystery and action and I really like the main character, Stephanie. The first book was published back in 1994 when cell phones and email addresses were rare. It was fun to be taken back a few years in time...technology has certainly changed our everyday lives.
