Kelly has a passion for getting our community back in to healthy eating and workouts.

BodyFit180 is an effective short term 6 week training program designed to get you back on track for the long term. You will learn how to change the way you eat "real food" and exercise more efficiently. Fad diets and workouts don't work but education, accountability and consistency do.
