I just finished Honolulu last night and really enjoyed it. (Thanks Madelaine ) Historical fiction is always fun to me and I really felt like the author did a great job teaching me about the history of Honolulu, Korean culture, and early immigration to Oahu while also fascinating me with a beautiful fictional tale! I give it 4 stars!
The Last Letter From Your Lover was a page turner that I could NOT put down. I couldn't wait to find out what was going to happen in the end and was not disappointed. No spoilers from me though! I rate this one 5 stars! (Thanks Annemarie)
Whistling Past the Graveyard gets 4.5 stars from me! My new friend, author Wendy Wax, told me about this book that one of her friends wrote and told me it has the potential to be as big as The Help! I agree...this book is GREAT!
The Secret Keeper was another excellent read. (thanks Karen M.) This one weaves back and forth in time and has a great twist at the end! 4 stars for this one! The following books are on my "to read next" shelf:
