Callie our 10 year old black and brown tortoiseshell cat has been missing since 8/27/2013. She was last seen in the Deerfield subdivision off of Dunwoody Club. While she prefers to be outside hunting pests, she is equally happy sitting and purring on anyone's lap that will let her. If you have any information regarding her whereabouts we will be greatly appreciative. Her family misses her.

I am a missionary getting ready to leave on an 11 month mission trip to 11 countries, this mission trip is called "The World Race" (kristinasmith.theworldrace.org). I have a dog, Kamille, that I adopted almost 3 years ago who means the so much to me, unfortunately I can not bring Kamille with me on this mission trip. I have tried for months now to find a foster for her, but I haven't been able to find anyone willing to keep her for the entire 11 months. I leave on 9/6/2013 and with such short time between now and my departure, I've contacted Angels Among Us (the organization that I adopted Kamille from) to help me find her a permanent home.

They are doing everything they can to help place Kamille in a home for me, but I'm afraid they won't be able to finalize anything before I leave. The second option is for me to board her until a forever home is found. I absolutely do not want to board her! I am actually still hoping to find an 11 month foster so that I don't have to give her away for good, but the next best thing is for Kamille to at least have a loving foster home until Angels Among Us places her in a forever home.
