This adorable little dog (see photo) was in our backyard (Byrnwyck Rd in Byrnwyck subdivision, behind St. Joseph's Hospital) this morning (Tuesday, August 20). Several neighbors have seen it around over the past few days. It is limping and seemed hungry. Has a collar but no tags. We need your help to find the owner. Please help!
