Georgia's Tax Free Weekend is scheduled for August 9-10, 2013. The tax-free savings applies to the following items:
- Clothing under $100
- Footwear under $100

 We are pleased to announce the return of everyone's favorite day in Dunwoody Park, as the Butterfly Festival makes its return this year on Saturday, August 17th. This year's event will be TWICE as big, with TWO butterfly tents, as well as crafts, discovery stations, food and fun! We need lots of great volunteers to make this community event a success...  The City of Dunwoody Department of Parks and Recreation celebrates the grand opening of Phase I of the Brook Run Park multi-use trail with a "Wheel-a-Palooza and Pedal Parade." The special grand opening event and parade begins at 10:00 a.m. at the Brook Run Park trail entrance, between the playground and skate park, on Saturday, August 3, and includes a bike/vehicle decorating contest judged by local celebrities.
