It seems like most everyone I know who had a 14 year old baseball player was in Panama City with me last week in the rain! I hadn't been to PCB since college (and I'm not sure I want to go back)! The one good thing about our week at the beach was running into Dunwoody friends everywhere we went! I saw numerous friends at the beach, at the Aqua and Laketown Wharf resorts, at Pier Park, at Rock It! Lanes, at several restaurants, and of course the one sunny day that we were able to play baseball at the ballpark!
Here's a list of all the teams that I know of that had at least one kid from Dunwoody participating in the Grand Slam World Series of Baseball tournament. I asked for photos from all the teams but with all the rain-outs many didn't get an opportunity to take a photo at the beach! A few sent photos and I'll include those below and will gladly add anybody that sends photos later! Oh- and I can't resist adding the photo of Honey Boo Boo with one of the 13U Diablos Gold sisters! The day she was in PCB everybody was buzzing about it!

The 11U Dunwoody Dragons baseball team contributed dozens of used baseballs from this season to a charity in South Africa. A friend of one of the coaches is actually is in South Africa now and took them a suitcase full of used Dragon baseballs. Below is a picture of the actual baseballs in the hands of the youth that will benefit from them. Otherwise these bright young faces might not be able to play the game that the Dragons all love. Every ball was hit by every Dragon at one time or another!
