My name is Lilly Schmaltz. I am 18 years old and I just graduated from Dunwoody High School. I will be attending Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts in the fall. I plan to major in biology and eventually attend medical school. I have been a pre-professional ballerina with the Roswell Dance Theatre for nine years. I have been babysitting for the past five years. Along with babysitting, I am a dance instructor assistant at the Tolbert Yilmaz School of Dance. There, I act as a teacher to young dancers ages 2-9 and as a mentor to dancers ages 2-18. I was also a teen volunteer at Northside Hospital where I assisted nurses in the High Risk Perinatal Unit. I then attended a National Youth Leadership Forum on Medicine at Georgetown University where I learned basic medical skills and proper care and procedures during emergencies. I have a very flexible schedule and I do not leave for college until August 30th. I have my own car and I am a very dependable driver (with a perfect record).
