As many of you may have seen, there are several Geese at the lake around Brio who have had many babies. The other day I noticed where at least two of the babies had been run over on Ashford Dunwoody and it was very upsetting to see. Then as I was coming back the other way I saw a family of Geese walking across the street from Macaroni Grill toward Valley View. Thankfully everyone stopped to let them cross the street. I am asking that people be cautious when driving along Ashford Dunwoody, and slow down, especially near Brio. If anyone has an idea that might help keep the Geese from getting hit or somewhat contained around Brio that would be wonderful. I realize this is probably an impossible task, so please be aware of the Geese when driving along Ashford Dunwoody. Thank you!

 Holy Innocents' Episcopal School has announced the appointment of Timothy Sommer to the position of Lower School Chaplain.
Sommer received his Master's in Divinity from Yale Divinity School and his diploma in Anglican Studies from the Berkeley Divinity School at Yale in May. In 2010, he earned a Master of Arts in Religion with distinction from Chicago Theological Seminary. Sommer is also a 2007 graduate of Olivet Nazarene University, Magna Laude, in general studies with distinction in English and history.

I was at Regal Hollywood theater in Chamblee with my family when the storm hit and didn't have my phone on. I turned it on when I walked out of the theater and was amazed at the number of texts and voicemails I had received since 8 PM!
