Edison Prep is giving away one free admission to its annual AP US History Bootcamp ($195 value).
The bootcamp is taking place the weekend of April 27-28, 2013 and prepares students for the AP US History exam in mid-May.
Students attend either on Saturday or Sunday; the content is the same each day. The bootcamp is conveniently located at Mt. Vernon Presbyterian School.
The instructor, Mr. Hudson, is an APUSH teacher with a decade of experience who is also one of the official AP exam essay graders. As part of the workshop, Mr. Hudson gives students an opportunity to submit a sample essay for feedback on how to improve their essay prior to the exam.
Over 50% of the 2012 APUSH Bootcamp attendees achieved a score of 5 out of 5 on the AP exam or a 790-800 (out of 800) on the SAT II US History Subject Test.
