If it ever stops raining and warms up, we are going to be wearing shorts before we know it. That is why I want to discuss the topic of hair removal. Yes, you read it right, hair removal. Men, this is for you as well, back hair anyone? I have tried it all. Shaving, waxing, Nair (in my teens) and the most costly of them all.....laser hair removal. I have tried it on my legs, underarms and the bikini area. Overall, with laser hair removal, I have been very pleased with the results. The laser removal worked really well for me as far as the underarms and other "sensitive areas". However, what it took to get there was costly, time consuming and a frustrating process.....not to mention that it hurts. In the world of laser hair removal you have to buy a "series" of 5 or 6 treatments, which they say is on the low end of treatments needed to drastically reduce hair. Usually it takes 10-12 and by that time you are in the thousands of dollars. Even with 12 treatments, it is not totally gone and you need to go for "touch ups" at the tune of $50 a session. So, I am entertaining the thought of an at home hair removal device. I have caught infomercials and done significant research for both the Tria and the No!No! brands of the "do it yourself" laser hair removal devices.
