Good morning everyone on this dreary rainy and cold Tuesday! Yes, last night I was in the same room with Hugh Jackman. He didn't see me but I definitely saw him! See details below about why he is in Atlanta and my thoughts on Les Miz! My personal calendar was so much more fun yesterday than today. Yesterday I was in the same room with Hugh Jackman....this morning I get to be in the same room with Scott Heptinstall (Peachtree Middle School's Principal). As nice as Mr. Heptinstall is.... it just won't be the same! Hopefully all of my fellow parents with rising 6th graders are aware of the PCMS coffee this morning at 9 AM.

Dave Williams and Mythreyi Joshi are the lucky winners that get to see Schwarzenegger's Last Stand tonight! Congrats!

My "movie girlfriend" emailed me and a few of her friends about 1 PM yesterday and wanted to know if any of us would be interested in seeing Les Misérables at 4:30 followed by a Q&A with Hugh Jackman. I could hardly type fast enough and simply answered "meeeeeeeeeee"! I know, right.....most of you would have done the same thing!

I couldn't believe he was going to traipse across country to be in Atlanta for a Q&A less than 24 hours after accepting the Golden Globe for Best Actor in a Musical for playing Jean Valjean in Les Misérables! He has been nominated for the Academy Award as well and after seeing the movie last night I'll be shocked if he doesn't win!

Jackman is filming a new movie "Prisoners" in Conyers with Jake Gyllenhaal, Viola Davis, Melissa Leo, Maria Bello and Paul Dano, so lucky for me, he stopped by a private screening of the movie held at Regal Atlantic Station! Shih Tzu/Boxer Mixes ... 2 Male, 1 Female

I took in three dogs right after Christmas, their owner relocated to Charleston and was not able to take the dogs. All of the dogs are quiet, very well behaved, loving, social and get along great with both my kids and our dogs. The only information I have on the dogs is as follows:

1 Male, Tan/White ... Shih Tzu/Boxer Mix ... 7 months old

1 Female, Brindle ... Shih Tzu/Boxer Mix ... 7 months old

1 Male, Black/White ... Shih Tzu ... 14 years old (father of the pups)

Dogs can be separated, since they've lived with me they have spent time both indoors and outdoors and they currently are sleeping in a cage at night.

Tartan Trot 5K/10K race on February 2, 2013

St. Luke's Presbyterian Church is a 40-year old congregation of the Presbyterian church (U.S.A.) in the heart of Dunwoody, Georgia. With over 800 members, our church is dedicated to an active outreach ministry which supports our local, national and international partners.
