Happy Friday Y'all!
First let me announce that The Dunwoody Bakery is giving away Free Cookies or Ice Cream today, Friday January 11th, open until 6pm! Go to The Dunwoody Bakery before 6 today if you want more details!
Wow! I'm amazed at the number of Community News Submissions we have this week. I think I have them all in this email and haven't left anyone off. I've organized by categories below to hopefully make it easier and I've also added a link to the Oscar Nominations because I think it's fun to see which movies and stars are up for the Academy Awards!
Please know that Leigh and I work very hard to make sure everything is stored on the website so that you can easily find anything that I put in an email somewhere on the website. Often times in order to shorten emails I'll provided a "read more" link to take you to full articles, pictures, and videos that are stored on the website. I encourage you to use the website to search for events, school information, books, recommendations, camps and more!
I'm going to be changing things around a bit on the last email of the week on Fridays in order to try to make things as organized as possible.
Also, soon I'm going to be sending out an "update your profile" request to everyone so that I can better serve YOU...our Aha! Subscribers. I'm finding more and more of you live outside of Dunwoody so I'm investigating ways to help everyone with better information about your communities!
Enjoy the weekend....weather forecast for tomorrow includes a high of 72!
