Our year end survey: Thanks for the direction. And here are the results
Director
Global Research and Marketing
With scores of readers completing our year-end survey, there have been a lot of responses to read through. But, the information is highly valuable to us, and is hugely appreciated. Here is a short summary:
- 91% say they always or frequently read Nutrition Line. 88% say our technical content is very or somewhat relevant. 6% were neutral. We'll keep working to convert that 6%!
- 94% say the amount and length of articles are just right. 6% say it's too lengthy.
- 27% want Nutrition Line distributed on Mondays, which it is now. 36% would like Wednesday. 15% prefer Thursday. We'll continue to think about possibly testing a new distribution day.
- As for thoughts about what we can do better, the myriad of written responses seemed to say: "Give us more of everything, and give it to us with details. A sampling of responses wanted:
- Stories on dietary product interactions
- Information on therapeutic use of supplements
- Thoughts on broiler weight gain between 20 and 30 days
- More field trial data and more case studies
- More results on Diamond V product trial outcomes, specifically Diamond V Original XPC and gut health, or Original XPC and turkey breeder or hen egg production.
Rest assured we will review all of these topics and see how we can continue shaping our editorial lineup to meet your needs. No matter what, we'll always strive to give you information that is timely, easy and quick to access, and has real-world, practical applications for your business.
As always, we appreciate your readership of Nutrition Line and welcome your input. Happy Holidays!
Kind regards,
Mike
