Las Vegas is known for "unparalleled wine and food adventures." UNLV Continuing Education has built a reputation for great courses and instructors. The combined reputation has led to the creation of the UNLV Sommelier Academy, which is under the leadership of Heath Hiudt, a noted sommelier and dynamic educator. The Introductory Sommelier Program begins this summer and will prepare you to work in the food and beverage industry or help you grow in your wine knowledge as an enthusiast or collector.
