Elementary Class Parade and
Theme Baskets & Class Quilts Auction
6:30pm

The Friday of Auction weekend is a special night for Pre-K through 5th grade students.  It's their opportunity to dress up in theme attire, participate in a parade with their classmates, and show off their class quilt and baskets.  It's also your opportunity to bid on their one-of-a-kind class quilt and the many exciting theme baskets.  You won't want to miss it!

Below is information regarding the flow of the evening.
  • Elementary school children need to be in their classroom at 6:15pm on Friday.  By now you should have received specific instructions from your teacher or room parent regarding what theme attire they need to wear.
  • Students will earn 75,000 blue/gold spirit points for wearing their class theme attire and participating in parade on Friday night too!
  • The parade and auction begins at 6:30pm.   Each class will march into the gym and onto the stage to showcase their class basket.
  • New This Year:  We will auction their class quilt (K-5th) while the class is on stage.  Then they will march out of the gym and back to their classroom.  Here's the best part - they will get to do fun activities with their teacher and friends throughout the entire auction, allowing you to enjoy the auction knowing they're having a blast.
  • Once the auction is finished (around 8:00pm), please pick up your child from their classroom.

High school students are expected to work a 2-hour shift in their grade's assigned area. Students will sign up for a shift with teachers.
