NEW FACULTY & STAFF
Keegan Bradford Middle School English Teacher
Mr. Bradford holds a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in English from Liberty University. Before coming to Sarasota Christian, he spent the previous year teaching English in Guangzhou, China. His lifelong love for reading has led to a love for writing, and he has been published in Christ and Pop Culture and Potluck Magazine.
Rainer Dornemann High School Social Studies
Mr. Dornemann holds a Bachelor's Degree in French, German & Literature from University of Minnesota. He studied Waldorf methodology and taught math and ESOL at a Waldorf high school in China. He has also been active in the arts and theatre in West Berlin, Paris and Minneapolis.
Elizabeth DiMartino Director of Admissions
Mrs. DiMartino earned a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations from Boston University. She brings strong admissions, customer service relations and marketing experience, in Christian schools as well as the private sector.
Tara Jackson Pre-K Teacher Assistant
Mrs. Jackson, an SCS alum, brings experience as pre-school teacher aide as well as experience in other school roles. She and her husband, who is also an SCS alumni, have been active SCS volunteers.
Laura Rice After Care Coordinator
Mrs. Rice brings 9 years of experience as an After Care coordinator, and has also taught pre-kindergarten. She and her husband have two daughters: Jessica, an SCS graduate, and Faith, who is in 8th grade.
Michael Tedder Middle School Math Teacher
Mr. Tedder earned a Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Ed Social Science from Flagler College, as well as an master's in Adult Education and HR Development. He has been an award-winning teacher in the penal system with the highest GED passing rate.
Megan Uberti ESOL, Learning Support & Middle School Spanish Teacher
Ms. Uberti has a Master's Degree in English from the University of South Florida. She's an adjunct professor at the State College of Florida, and has directed and piloted an ESOL Conversation Club in the Manatee County Library System. She brings ESOL and Spanish experience, tutors at SCF for writing, and at USF for writing and Spanish.
Leena Varghese Middle School Math Teacher
Mrs. Varghese has a Bachelor's Degree in Math from the University of Kerala, and a master's degree in Math from Florida Atlantic University. She has experience teaching high school and middle school math, in addition to teaching math at Keiser University. Leena has also coached students in preparing students for their GRE and GMAT exams.

Kevin Bowder
Campus Pastor
Mr. Bowder's role will increase to full-time to continue to strengthen spiritual growth on campus. He will also teach a couple courses including a high school Marriage & Family class.
Rudy Graber
Middle School Bible
Mr. Graber will change from teaching middle school Social Studies to Bible.
Kevin Landrum
Athletic Director Mr. Landrum has been selected as our new Athletic Director. He will also continue to serve as SCS's Varsity Boys Basketball Coach and teach a couple PE classes.
Mark Martell
Middle School Social Studies Mr. Martell will shift from middle school English to Social Studies.
Cassandra Thoresen
Second Grade Teacher Mrs. Thoresen is moving from pre-kindergarten to teaching an additional second grade section.
