Closing In on Half-way Mark to Fund Drive Goal
|
Students are doing a great job with our student-led fundraiser. Over $12,330, or 41%, has been raised so far and more than 1,000 letters were hand-written to SCS donors and alumni last week!
Please invite friends and family members during Christmas break to consider a tax-deductible year-end gift to SCS.
The Christmas Fund Drive ends January 9th, so only a couple weeks remain to reach our $30,000 goal and an extra day off school.
Thank you for partnering with us! Donations can be dropped off at the front desk, with a teacher or you can donate online below or on our website.
*Online Donation Note: After clicking the "Review Donation" button, there is a field to complete if you wish to "affiliate your donation with a student."Christmas Fund Drive Resources

Sophomore Nina Vannucci was chosen to receive the Hugh O'Brian Youth Leadership Award; she will represent SCS in June at the State Leadership Seminar at Eckerd College in St. Petersburg.
Each year, more than 10,000 students attend HOBY Leadership programs from across the U.S. and around the world. The seminar allows high school sophomores to recognize their leadership talents and apply them in becoming effective, ethical leaders in their home, school, workplace, and community. HOBY's vision is to motivate and empower individuals to make a positive difference within our global society, through understanding and action, based on effective and compassionate leadership. We celebrate Nina and the leadership qualities she brings to our school!
