Auction Donations DUE FRIDAY

Gift Gathering is how our Auction is supplied with tons of awesome items for people to buy and we need everyone's help.

The 56th Annual Auction & Festival is February 20 & 21, 2015.   Last year we raised over $100,000!  Please help us do it again!

Why do we collect items now?
Businesses are more likely to donate now than during the Thanksgiving & Christmas season, and it takes a lot of time to process 700+ items.

How Gift Gathering Works:

  • Simply take a donation request letter and donation form with you when you frequent local businesses and ask them to support SCS. (more letters or forms are available at the front office or can be download above)
  • Give the donor a receipt of their donation.(either the pink copy of the donation form or a photocopy of the donation form).
  • Return the item and donation form to school by Friday, October 31.
Remember: For each item donated by October 31, your name will be entered into the Tuition Drawing where you could win 25% off tuition for the 2015-16 school year.

Gift Gathering is not meant to be an out-of-pocket expense for families. It is our hope that you will invite businesses you frequent, or people you know, to donate an item, product or service.

What kind of donations do we need?

The sky's the limit! We can use anything and everything. No donation is too big or too small.  If you receive donations that don't fit with your basket theme that's okay.  All donated items will be used somewhere in the Auction, even if it's not incorporated into your class theme basket.
