WASHINGTON STEM SEEKING NOMINATIONS
Washington STEM will be profiling and sharing the stories of Washington state teachers who are pioneering implementation of Common Core Math Standards and Next Generation Science Standards over the course of the 2014-15 school year. Each story will feature photos and videos filmed in conjunction with the profile.
Washington STEM is looking for your help in identifying inspiring STEM teachers. Please take action!
Nominate yourself or your favorite teacher who is championing these new standards. Nominations will be rolling through the school year.

General Information
The company is in the process of developing an exam for the 21st Century Leadership/EmployabilitySkills for Washington's use. There are 12 new course exams being offered this fall and 50 of the existing exams have been updated. Questions, please contact Adam Sanchez at 801-850-9883 or email at asanchez@precisionexams.com.
This seven-hour workshop to be held either on Friday, August 29 or Saturday, August 30 in Yakima will provide instructors with the tools they need to develop, manage, and advise a SkillsUSA chapter in their school or classroom. Contact Denny Wallace for details.
