Sell UP don't Sell Out
A Story to Tell Creates a Story to Sell

Traditional Status Symbols Have Lost Their Appeal

Today's Luxury buyers are not motivated to purchase by the old standards that used to define luxury. Instead, they are seeking products and services based upon authenticity, craftsmanship and exclusivity.

The Age of the Artisan Has Returned!

(Yes, we're talking about you!)

Small specialty businesses are thriving,
such as the local bakery who began by creating authentic, healthy breads and baked goods. They use only hand selected ingredients of the highest quality.  The ingredients are stone ground on site to a specific size and texture, then baked to perfection.

Today they are profitable and expanding by seizing business from larger, well established commercial bakers while creating a loyal base of consumers for their higher profit retail location and online ordering service.

What parallels exist between this custom baker and your custom integration business?  Are you proposing "Wonder Bread" lines or original works of art?

Embrace Change - Reinvent your Business!

The Luxury buyer does not invest in "off the rack" or "ready to wear" brands of clothing.  They seek personalized "haute couture or bespoke" clothing brands.  If a story to tell creates a story to sell, what story
do your brands tell about you?

Do you carry off the rack brands that are mainly sold only on price?  Would you rather feature custom labels that are highly prized (and valued) because they are exclusive, authentic and created by artisans?

PCA best serves those who desire to offer custom made, handcrafted products with "tailored" services that require skill and time to achieve.  A Story To Tell, Is a Story to Sell when You Include an Experience that Goes Beyond Price.

If You Don't Look Good, We Don't Look Good

....It's More than a Historical Hair Care Commercial

The manufacturer, representative and dealer are interdependent.  Each has a critical role in how good we all look [and perform].  How many lines have you purchased that became long term valued partners?  and how many other lines literally did not keep their promise?

Success: Risk & Reward Process

For example, we originally brought to market lines such as Xantech, Niles, Sonos, Sim2, Da-lite, Elan and SpeakerCraft.

Under our plan and guidance, a select & limited dealer network was established. These brands grew and dominated their category.  Record sales further enhanced dealer profitability. Then Change occurred. PCA was terminated by these brands.  Today they are widely available through a diverse group of installers, distributors or online resellers. Dealer exclusivity and profitability was traded for ease of access.

We are not mass market reps.  We choose to focus and provide valuable resources to a prized & limited number of dealers, who in turn strongly support our Profit Protected lines.  Strict, No Internet policies are enforced. Trans-shipping is not tolerated.  We welcome lines committed to achievable, consistent margins for you.

We aim to "keep the special in specialist"™ by purposely pioneering new, innovative technology companies and artisans like Leon.  Combined with our iconic luxury brands such as Bryston, CDGiKrell, Kinetics, and Stealth Acoustics our dealers are prospering.

Our brands outperform their competitors, so you can outperform yours™.
