Spring 2016 After-School Enrichment

After-School Enrichment Programs
Registration Begins:  Friday, January 8, 6:00 pm

HCES offers a variety of after-school enrichment programs each semester from arts classes, to STEM-related teams, to physical fitness groups.  We have something for everyone!  This semester we are happy to announce we are instituting online registration for the clubs!  There is a two-part process.  You will register your child for the club(s) of interest online.  The second step is submit your payment and completed Mandatory Form.  Please see the attached documents for all the information you need to register for and participate in these clubs and teams. 
 
Spring 2016 Registration Instructions - This file provides the complete instructions for registering online.  It also provides a detailed listing for each club, including descriptions, schedules, costs, etc.  This document currently does not contain the link to the registration site.
 
Spring 2016 Mandatory Form - This file documents your approved method of release, or how your child will be released at the conclusion of club sessions.  (i.e. Release to Extended Day, Release as walker/bike rider, and Parent Pickup).  It also provides parent and child agreement to the code of conduct.  Registration slots will not be held if the Mandatory Form and payment have not been received by the deadline. 
 
On Friday January 8 at 6:00 pm, the live link to registration will be distributed.  This delay is intended to provide parents and guardians time to peruse club details, review family schedules, and ask questions of instructors prior to joining a club.  On Friday the link will be added to the registration document on the HCES website and sent out to the PTA constant contact distribution list.

Distribution on Wednesday, January 6

The 2015-2016 HCES PTA School Directories have arrived!  These were sorted and distributed to teacher mailboxes yesterday.  If you ordered a Directory, please be on the lookout for it in your student's Wednesday folder today, January 6.  The cover is grey this year, with the 20th Anniversary logo on the front cover.  Your family name will be written on the top left of the back cover.  If there are any questions about the Directory receipt, please contact your child's teacher.  

We have some extra Directories.  These may be ordered for $6.00.  Please send cash or a check to "HCES PTA" in an envelope with your child's name and classroom noted, and we will hand-deliver to the classroom or make other arrangements for pick-up.  

The HCES PTA appreciates your patience with our 2015-2016 School Directory process, and we hope that your are as pleased as we are about the professionalism and completeness of the final product.
