Grandparents (parents, guardians, aunts, uncles, special friends, siblings) are invited to join their grandchildren for breakfast, and have group family photos taken by Lifetouch

Please plan to arrive before 7:30 am, so that students may report to their classrooms within a reasonable time after the 8:00 am bell.  

Note:  the HCES Cafeteria is straight down the PK/K or 1st Grade hallway, towards the back of the school.

You can save 3 lives in one donation!

Pictures Days - Family & Individual
 
Individual Student Fall Pictures will be taken on 
Tuesday, September 15 
by Lifetouch 

Order forms went home in last Wednesday's folders. Please make every effort to have your child present because these pictures will go in the 2015-2016 HCES Yearbook!  Note:  re-takes will be done on Thursday, October 22.  

Also, we have an exciting addition to School Picture Day this year!

HCES PTA Fundraiser

Recommended donations are as follows:
  • $100 for the first child in your family
  • $50 for each child thereafter

100% of the S.O.S. funds stay with the HCES PTA, and are invested back in our school, students, faculty and volunteers.  This is the largest income component of our HCES PTA Budget.  If you cannot donate the recommended amount, please know that any amount is appreciated. 

Donation acknowledgement letters will be sent to families in January 2016.  Note that this is a tax-deductible donation.

If you or anyone you know would like to partner with the schools in our community to provide a better educational experience for our students, it is not too late!  

The deadline to become a GSES/HCES/HCMS Community Partner

Students will be dismissed from HCES at 11:30 am on Friday, September 18.  
This will be a full work day for faculty. Faculty at GSES, HCES, and HCMS will participate in a combined professional development program at HCMS.
