HCES PTA Meet & Greet
on Thursday, August 13,

on Friday, August 14,
from 8:15 - 9:00 a.m.
HCES Library
Please join us for cake, punch and fellowship with the HCES PTA Board, HCES faculty, community partners, and our HCES families. This is a great opportunity to meet the PTA Board and the HCES administration, as well as to meet some new families at our school. Note: there will not be a formal presentation at this event.
The HCES Library is just inside the lobby of the school, and at the top of the lobby staircase on the second floor of the school. Children are welcome at the event. The HCES 2nd-5th grade playground is available for use, else children may sit inside or just outside the HCES Library with a book or a quiet activity.
On Friday, August 14, a Room Parent Orientation will follow the Friday Meet & Greet, at 9:00 am in Room #136 of the school.
Also, on Friday, August 14, there will be a Fall Festival Committee Meeting at 9:30 a.m. in the HCES Library. This is the first planning meeting of the school year for Fall Festival. Anyone interested in volunteering for the event is welcome to attend! Room Parents are also encouraged to attend, after the Room Parent meeting is finished.
Finally, the HCES PTA has decided to defer the originally scheduled Friday, August 14 Committee Chair Meeting. The PTA will send another PTA Announcement about the new date and time, as soon as that event is re-scheduled.
