HR Advisory Services
High-level HR expertise including employment handbooks, appraisals, compensation and much more.
TIP: Remember the power of Thank You! Showing your employees that you appreciate them can go a long way. And it can be done in small ways - it does not have to be a cash bonus. An unannounced "hey, go home early today" can reap great rewards for both you and your staff.
|
Recruitment & Search
Flexible recruitment and search packages to find the right candidate for your organization.
TIP: Focus on industry specific websites! We all know that we can advertise for openings on sites such as LinkedIn and Craig's List. Another useful site is www.Indeed.com. However don't forget to utilize industry specific sites to help you narrow down your audience to a more qualified subset of individuals. For example, www.dice.com is commonly used site posting and hiring for IT positions.
|
HR Crisis Management
Providing expert guidance and effective solutions to challenging HR issues.
TIP: What can you do when the sexual harassment stems from the owner? Liability for owners is staggering when it comes to sexual harassment. Ensure your company is trained in sexual harassment prevention and do not allow charges of sexual harassment (against anyone) to fester. This may be a situation no one wants to deal with it but tackle it as soon as anything is brought to your attention.
|
HR Services for Federal Contractors
Helping federal contractors be successful by addressing their specific HR needs.
TIP: Hiring veterans for your federal contracts! Veterans are an amazing workforce - - fast, flexible, easy to train, loyal, with a can-do attitude. What's not to love! They want to make a difference so be ready to let them roll up their sleeves and get stuff done.
