The holidays aren't the only season to spend more time with your friends and family.  Spending time with loved ones should happen year-round!

According to the U.S. Department of Transportation and the Bureau of Transportation statistics, 59 percent of Americans have a commute that is longer than 15 minutes, 36 percent of those professionals commute between 16 and 30 minutes to work.  This equates to five to 10 days per year spent simply commuting to work!  Imagine the time saved from a commute that is half the distance of your current drive to work.  Working out of the office is an easy way to spend more time with the important people in your life.

Employers must adopt the new FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act) forms by January 1, 2013.  The CFPB (Consumer Financial Protection Bureau) recently announced that employers must modify their FCRA forms (authorization forms to perform background checks) to make clear that the CFPB, not the FTC (Federal Trade Commission), is the agency that consumers should contact about their rights under the FCRA.  This is one of the many changes in response to the  Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2010 shifting FCRA rule-making authority from the FTC to the new CFPB.
